Sunday around the Green ……. no.2 ….. Chorlton shapes

 I doubt there is any one left who attended the old church school on the green.

It was the third such school to serve the needs of our children.

After it closed, it served the community as a public place, hosted the VE Day celebrations, was home to the Penny Savings Bank and for a while was a commercial property until finally being converted into residential apartments.
