On discovering a ghost sign in Irlam ....... thank you Neil

“I found my own ghost sign last Sunday whilst in Irlam. I've seen it many times before, but never thought much about it until you wrote about them - so here it is...”

And with that Neil has signed up as another official ghost sign collector.

Now there are plenty more out there although time is running out.

A combination of neglect and the weather will see many of them off in the next few decades.

So the more of us who find them and record their presence before they vanish so much the better.

And of course there is a whole story yet to be written about Turog but that is for another time.
