Chorlton in the Middle Ages, with Ian Meadowcroft today

I tried finding a picture to go with Ian’s talk on Chorlton in The Middle Ages, but it was difficult.

So this one of the Horse & Jockey is close.  The building dates from circa 1512.

Ian Meadowcroft will be giving a talk on “Chorlton in the Middle Ages” today at the Chorlton History Group

The History Group normally meets monthly on the first Thursday of the month 1.30-3pm at Chorlton Good Neighbours, Wilbraham St Ninian's Church, Egerton Road South. There will be a charge of £1 to cover room hire and tea & biscuits. All welcome
