Now I perfectly aware that at this point in Andy’s journey he had left the tram and the purist will mutter that we are not in Salford.
All of which is true, but while the view from the tram is good, there is no substitute for a walk beside the water.
How else would Andy have got to see swans and the sign forbidding pleasure craft to abandon their travels?
The sign is pretty explicit, warning any would be sailors that "No pleasure craft beyond this point without separate authority."
And if that were not warning enough there is that big red no entry sign and ten symbols probhiting a shedload of activities.
All of which will be for jolly good reasons.
So that is it it.
