Now the Friends of Woden Street will I suspect be a bit pleased that Andy was back to record the progress.
It is one of the many places he has been revisiting as part of that big plan to record how the Twin Cities are changing.
Plenty of people will snap away in an ad hoc way but Andy is very diligent in chronicling the story from an abandoned and derelict site to the demolition and clearing away of old buildings and the new build.
So here we are looking down on the Woden Street development, and there is lots going on, from the construction work to the those hoardings with the bright and optimistic picture of the future flats which are already under attack from those who feel the need to immortalise their presence with a spray can.
