This is another of those scenes I have pretty much forgotten.
We are in the parish graveyard, sometime before the make over, which landscaped the area and made it a pleasant place to sit.
But the cost of the landscaping was the removal of many of the historic head stones which recorded those who had lived here since the 18th century.
These have vanished and with them lots of stories.
That said it is clear that the graveyard was in a poor state and had been since the demolition of the old church in 1949.
