Central Ref …………… but not as we know it

Now, I know that line from Star Trek, by Dr McCoy about life but not as know it, and that seemed a fine start to reflect on this image of Central Ref from the 1990s, for while the building looks familiar, the make over a few years ago transformed the library.

And since then the area around it has also undergone profound changes, but for those I will leave you to discover for yourself.
