Now you don’t have to be mad keen on the history of the
Postal Service to sign up to the newsletter of the British Postal Museum and
Archive.
Both the online version and the hard copy are full of
interesting stuff on a range of stories some of which are only loosely
connected to letters postcards and telegrams.
And this month’s newsletter being a First World War Centenary
edition covers everything from the Post Office at War, the role played by the Post
Office Rifles as well information on their archives and an article by Alan
Johnson MP.
And it is free.
