"Coronavirus ..... Italy at the window"

Now I don’t as a rule lift  pictures from other publications, but given the situation, I don’t think la Repubblica will tell me off.

Everything will be OK
Last night across Italy, "thousands of Italians in every city came to the windows for a new flashmob: home lights off and mobile phone torches on.

We doubt that something has been noticed from space. But the effect, for ‘us of the race of those who remain on the ground’, was still very suggestive”.

It was “Coronavirus, at 9 pm all with the lights on: a journey through Italy that lights up

Another flash mob, this time bright as well as sound, and again the balconies of Italy are the protagonists of a different evening, in an attempt to cheer up the quarantine days.

At 9 pm all with a light in hand: the cell phone torch, the candles, to illuminate the country, from north to south, without missing the joy of singing, from the hymn of Mameli, to the 'Italian' of Toto Cotugno, until the 'Nessun Dorma' sung by Pavarotti”.*
