“Now getting their balconies put on” ......... watching the progress from the tram

As many regular readers of the blog will know Andy Robertson has become an important chronicler of how the twin cities and surrounding townships are changing.

Already his series of pictures from demolished warehouses to rising office blocks are a fine record of just how quickly bits of the the landscape have been transformed.

And with that characteristic understatement, Andy captioned this image of the Pomona flats, with, “now getting their balconies put on.”

So I await the next stage.
