This is the second in the new series of Pictures from Owen Street by Andy Robertson.
And while I know I might be accused of being arty, luvvy and pretentious, I am reminded of those lines from Stephen Spender’s poem, Pylons which go,
“Pylons, those pillars
Bare like nude giant girls that have no secret”.
Bet no one ever thought I would link a poem with a Manchester development.
So over the next few days the blog will feature Pictures from Owen Street.
